Up to three delivery attempts are made before the parcel is returned to our UAE warehouse.

UAE pricing includes 5% VAT. Import duties are handled before local delivery, with no customs payment due at the door.
Exact delivery timing will be confirmed with your order. If a parcel is returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts, a new delivery charge may apply to reship it.

Shopping from the UAE
Do you deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates?
Yes. Delivery is available across all seven Emirates through our dedicated UAE logistics partner.
How much is delivery?
Standard UAE delivery is AED 20 per order. Delivery is free when your order reaches AED 199.
How many delivery attempts are made?
Our delivery partner makes up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to our UAE warehouse. A further shipment may require a new delivery charge.
Are duties and taxes included?
UAE pricing includes 5% VAT. Our stock is imported into the UAE before local fulfilment, so import duties are handled before delivery and you will not be asked to pay customs charges at the door.
Can I return or exchange an item?
UAE return pickup can be arranged. Return or exchange eligibility and any applicable return charge depend on the product and the return conditions shown at purchase.
